"Don't think this set has a driver and bits where as the other set has driver and bits (~33 bits). However, the other set has fewer sockets to account for the bits that count towards the piece count (so you're losing about 20 sockets with the 205 piece set).
If you want an all round set with driver and bits, get the 205 piece. If you want just sockets and hex drivers, this is the set for you. If you already have a good screwdriver set then get this one, otherwise the 205 piece is better for you."
