I am also getting this error, and I haven't used the coupon yet either. This coupon is supposed to be good thru 6/14/21,I got an email from Grubhub directly about this promo with Guy Fieri:

'In honor of this awesome event, you can get $5 off your order of $15+* when you use the code GUYREBOOT. You can only use the code 6/12-6/14 so head to Grubhub and order now!'.

In the small print they always include 'while supplies last' as an easy out for them to stop a promo before its expiration date. So let this be a lesson to all: use general promo coupons right away as soon as you see them, or just expect them to be yanked early, especially if they are from GrubHub or UberEats

I was just chatting with a GrubHub CSR (overseas I'm sure). She said that the 1000 allotted uses for the coupon have been redeemed. Only ONE THOUSAND uses for 3 days for the entire GrubHub population. Yeah, that'll expire before the 1st day. And all chat can do is apologize for 'your inconvenience', and 'there's nothing we can do'

Yeah, it's really a waste of time these days to do the delivery apps unless you have a code off the works for pickup. Otherwise it's a complete rip off.

GrubHub is the highest consistently in our area compared to other delivery apps. Also their parent company has pretty much said they're going to not be in the delivery only business long term. They're just milking it at this point.

Depending on your area, it may be just cheaper to order from the business(grubhub charges a lot to business = business raising prices on grubhub orders)!

I have a list of restaurants that don't upcharge on GH I use these coupons on those restaurants. The only time I use these apps is if I get these coupons. I wonder how long thse delivery companies will stay in business.
