Just go to this page and you will see the next 5 or 10 deal listings to come. The email coupon can be used on any of them. These things continually go on sale and what you see at any time isn't the lowest price they cycle through.

If someone actually did the work to figure out if any monitor has reached its lowest so far, then it would be worth posting. Until then it is a paid infomercial.

I just got this and use it with my PC and I have hdr support available. You have to enable it in windows display settings.
Oh I realized that, it was just it can't be enabled using a DisplayPort, rather only an HDMI cable, so you lose out on the 165hz. It's okay because 144hz is plenty enough for the buttery smoothness.
Been hearing about some people claiming the mouse feels slower on monitor vs laptop.

If anything this has way higher refrehs rate than built in display. If there's any issue, which is doubtful, I'd return the Mac before I returned the display

How'd you get it to do that. I'm also running 2 other monitors in addition to this, so would that be the cause?

I tried it with an m1 MacBook Air at 1440p 165hz through DisplayPort no issue with the mouse
