It is a deal and also available a Best Buy, Amazon, and GameStop too. OP listed it a bit backwards though since it's actually NSO for regular price with free memory card. Even if you value the memory card for $25 or less, if you will use the card anyways this is a good way to get a cheaper membership. However, if the card is useless to you then look elsewhere for a deal.
Anyone know if these memberships expire if unused?

Not a deal. Normally under $25. And it doesn't come with switch online membership as your description says, fyi. Should edit your post.

this is a deal since the membership is normally $35 by itself. The micro sd card is not worth the $30.99 that target wants, it is worth maybe $15.

It does not look like the promo is coded correctly since the cart charges for both at this time

Needed both. Almost bought from GameStop earlier, but no way to get free shipping. Good to see others selling, but yes, Target does not yet work, and I'm still wary of ordering things from Amazon for fear of mixed legit and not legit products. Had a problem with that recently (ordered a game sold by Amazon and received a foreign version) and I hear cases about counterfeit memory cards too much on here.

Best Buy is great with both shipping and pick up available.
