Assassin's Creed is one of those games where I'll sit through for 10 sessions, finish the game and never want to touch another one for at least the few years. I finished this one a few years ago and while the story was good (main character had impeccable voice acting), it felt super fatiguing. I got the same feeling with Black Flag and Unity as well.

I've played all the AC games except for ACIII and Valhalla, and although I was a huge fan of the earlier games, I have to say that Origins and Odyssey were fantastic. It makes more sense to treat them as worlds to dive in and out of rather than missions to complete. That being said, I actually liked Origins better than Odyssey, and the DLC was great, too. What stressed me out about Odyssey were the choices, rather than the scale!

Not sure about at the moment but I picked it up on a sale about two months ago for like $12. Def worth it to grab if the price drops again!

I have played a few different AC titles on the XBOX,,,,how does it compare when you play on the PC? Is there anyway to hook the xbox controller to the PC? thanks!

Yes. I have a wired controller so I hook I up and download the Xbox controller driver. I never figured out how to get the Bluetooth to work for wireless controller.

I played AC 1, 2, Brotherhood and then took a huge break until Odyssey even though I own 3, 4, and Unity. It just got overwhelming with 2-3 releases a year for a while. That said, I put 100 hours into Odyssey and loved it. Might try Origin at this price.

I'm a huge fan of the series and have played all of them until origins (currently playing, trying to keep it chronological as far as realeases) all of them until black flag were fantastic (black flag being my favorite) then it took a huge nose dive until origins...origins is a fantastic game and doesn't get to repetitive like these games tend to do

Ubisoft+ is $6 for one month. Got it and linked it to Stadia. Playing Imortals Fenix 10min after that. On OLED 65" it looked pretty good
