Never mind, I see what you mean...it looked like the price is 89.99 before coupon and you were hoping to add a $10.01 filler and get it down to 80.

Yep, you got it. Reading only the title (in my emailed deal alert or in general before clicking into any deal thread from anywhere you see just the title) it appears that $89.99 is the sale price.
I see worse all day, like folks posting deal prices in the title that require special programs like EPP, Phones only good with certain unnamed carriers in the title, et al- but not bothering to put that in the title.
All the hoops, like "AC", or "AR" (after rebate) should be in titles of applicable. Many folks won't even participate in rebate deals at all.
The more detailed the title, the better. Coupons, rebates, shipping free or charged, price, source, programs necessary are the main highlights.
Titles have more space available than most people think for important details. Same goes for the notation space when giving reps. You can write a short book.
