I own P261, along with almost every Ryobi tool in existence. I have no motivation to spread misinformation. It does fine with my lug nuts. This is just something that came up when I was going through Q&A and responses to some of the negative reviews. See attached for examples. You're always welcome to add counter opinions and evidence but there's no need for the combative tone.

Yes it's a good deal for the impact wrench. But Ryobi has a new brushless version now (P262) with 600ftlb reverse breakaway torque. This older brushed version is rated 300ftlb forward and not rated for reverse. Whenever someone complained stating that they couldn't remove 120-torqued nuts, Ryobi responded stating that this wasn't designed for lug nuts because it was optimized for forward only. Just something to keep in mind. Still a good deal though.

$7 shipping for the fan is not a good deal for me. I will wait for HD to get it back in stock.

I was told that they will have the mini fans back in stock at HD in a week or two.

UPDATE: HD will have the item back in stock after June 22nd.

Out again. Maybe you got some from a cancellation. I heard it is notoriously hard (read: impossible) to cancel an order from DTO even if they have not done anything to process the order in days.

I sent an email to DTO asking for a cancellation on the Ryobi hand vacuum that I ordered and they obliged without any problem.

Yes they are one of the few places you can actual call someone. I had to do it about two years back for some payment processing thing that glitched up. I think it was about a double charge, or order, and they fixed it immediately.

I bought some items last 25% off sale and these clamp fans. The 25% off sale took like 4 days to get me tracking and items arrived a day earlier then expected. I ordered these clamp fans before the post went up on Monday 6-14 and yesterday evening I received my Tracking notice yesterday, so it's going out today. Things are getting much quicker then their 7-10 day lead time now at least.

I bet if you call you will be put first in line for the next pick and ship since they obviously screwed up. Hopefully they refund your shipping same as the other poster making your deal slicker in exchange for your patience.

Ordered back on May 22 and after sending 3 emails, just received the fans today. Never received a tracking number. Don't think my emails did anything - their shipping dept is just a mess. They're a horrible online company to deal with - who takes +3 weeks to ship an in-stock item in 2021?

You can get a brand new one from THD for like $33 with free shipping/in store pickup. Just buy the Ryobi Days 2-battery pack and select this as your free tool. Cancel/return the batteries for ~$67.

I was lucky to see the clamp fan was back in stock at my nearby Home Depot. I scored 2 for $20 each and avoided the shipping hassle from DTO.

Did they tell you when the truck is unloaded? Keep us posted. Still out of stock for ship to home from HD and all my local stores are OOS on HD and Brickseek.

They should have at least had them available to ship from the warehouse already. They go there first before being distributed to the B&M locations.

never restocked anywhere near me. never was available against n for shipping on the HD site. anyone who took this person's advice completely missed out over $7 shipping + whatever extra wild goose chase they went on looking at all the stores.
