That's normal price/deal in Orange County, CA. If you have the app it's under the specials tab or if you go in person they have a banner with the deal.

Each state should have this or 2 topping for this price in there specials tab, for at least the past year. No code needed and doesn't end. It's a normal deal.

If even be happy with a 30 or 40% deal. My local store never had any deals besides "free delivery of $75+and those family party deals for a bundle with like 5+pizzas.
I also miss the 6.99 each mix and match 2 or more items like Domino's and others have.
I used to just pay extra for PJs every once in a while but Everytime I order now they give me super thin crust when I order reg crust and the skimp so much on toppings.
