A king bed measures up to 75 inches wide and 80 inches long
California king bed is 72 inches wide and 84 inches long
You should be able to use California King sheet on a deep Queen mattress no problem.
Edit: Ah just checked these only has 2 pillowcases, while we use 4. Would be a pain to grab 2 mismatched pillow cases from another set.
Huh, interesting. I always just assumed a Cal King would be the biggest, both length and width wise, but you're right. A King size mattress is 76X80, and a Cal King is 72X84.
Looks like my next bed should be a King size, rather than a Cal King, to try to fit me and my husband, plus the cats. (Currently on our 60" Queen, the cats probably take up 30"or so, leaving my husband and I to try to split the other 30.. Not cool.)
