I love the really tall ones because I'm 6'2" but also because, a couple weeks later, they allow you to hang full length dresses in them without the hems touching the ground.

I have the Fitness Reality version of this in black and grey and it is fantastic. I mean, for a power cage you really dont need much more. Plus Garage Gym Reviews recently did a test where they dropped an 800lb loaded barbell on the safety bars and it passed with flying colors. I'm extremely satisfied with it. Just make sure you have ceiling clearance if you plan on putting it in a basement.
Those are two totally different racks. The Fitness Reality is the much better design. It's only 2x2 whereas this is a 2x3 but honestly, the 2x2 has many more options for accessories. Also, the Fitness Reality has curved support bars on the rear which make stepping out on a squat easier. Look at the rear bottom bar on this particular rack and you'll see how it's straight and will not give space to comfortably walk out on a squat from rack position.

I don't understand everyone's obsession with this. Just squat from the front (inside) side of the rack. Floor space will be completely unobstructed. You don't have to worry if your rack has another cross member you could hit your head on. You don't have to stare at your wall. It's just way better all around.

I've been contemplating doing it. I may talk to the machine shop at work about using the CNC machine so they are more precise.
Just use a step drill. Easy.

Terrible hole spacing and odd size (2.5x2.5) means limited selection of attachments meh...at least the reality fitness cage has standard sizing 1" holes and a 2x2 design, it just has those 2 terrible horizontal bracing bars in the back that I would hate myself.

I'd go grab a TDS rack off Amazon for $250 (delivered). It's the exact same cage as the Titan Fitness T-2 cage for waaaay less $$$. It has a standard 1" holes, 2" spacing and a 2x2 frame and no stupid horizontal braces.
Link for the $250 please

Does this come with the landmine attachment? Would that be the t-bar row? It's a bit confusing because there's no pictures of it but it is listed as "pair". Meaning there might be two for each side of the cage.

Please don't drill additional holes in things with weight ratings that potentially save your life in the case of a dropped bar. By removing material you change the structural integrity of the rack unless you also plan to weld some additional support around the new holes.

Are you talking about Fitness Reality 810 XLT or Progear 1600? If so, Walmart has the lat pull down for these racks for $169.00:

Any idea if this would work on the 810 XLT?

I have an older similar rack, and aside from the 4" hole spacing, it's great. That 4" hole spacing has me constantly thinking about getting an upgraded one though.
Just drill some more holes... I'm sure it'll be fine.......

I drilled holes in a different power rack, it took about an hour per hole using a step drill, but that was enlarging existing 1/2" holes to 1".

Yes.

I have plate holders and dip bars on mine. Any 2x2 attachment with 1" hole will work.
