Definitely better than the dime/brick that the lego sets usually go for.

I bought this for my 13-year-old nephew last week when it was the exact same price on Amazon. He really enjoyed building it. It was his first Lego Technic. He's been playing with Legos for at least 7 years. I would recommend this for someone looking to start building the more complex/interesting Lego Technic.

This is a great set and looks even better in-person after you build it. It's about a foot in length and great for display or play. The dial on the roof turns the front wheels and the pistons bounce around when the wheels turn.

Also, if you happen to prefer Target, and if you're a red card holder, you can price match and save an additional 5%

How easily do they come off. I have a little one, almost 4. He doesn't eat weird things but he can be rough with toys (can't stop him 100% of the time)

As in individual pieces coming off for a potential choking hazard? Not that hard to pull apart the pieces. Some extreme leggoers glue each piece so it's permanent, I myself do not have that much time or patients but definitely keep leggos away from little ones.

Am I the only one that finds that a deal on LEGOs is anything below 20% off? 20% is just a typical sale on a LEGO set.

Totally agree, a sale is not a deal. I have a bridge for sale if you're interested. It's a deal.

He doesn't really eat toys (and other things) so I think that part is ok. But more like him 'borrowing' it then I'll have to put them together again. Maybe I'll just buy a model car haha

The rear black air splitter, front grey nose, wheels, rear fender vents, and top steering gear are prone to coming off. The doors are quite flimsy as well. I would also expect the door sills to pop off also. Ask me how I know
