That 3060 ti on the front page has a worse cpu, a worse video card, half the memory and SIGNIFICANTLY less storage. Sounds like you looked at price, looked at gpu and made up your mind.

BIOS is locked,Micro MB,ram could be purchased from HP only(at double-triple price),home brand GPU.No regular ram is usable.
I returned Costco Omen 25 3060 deal(@$1400),because of all above.
HP is terrible.
Got this from Best Buy:

Interesting. I believe the deal is the one I got from hp. I bought memory off of Amazon with no issues. I think I have 1500 into a machine with a 3080, i7 and 32gb of ram. For this network engineer of 22 years and occasional gamer, it works fine.

Anyone spending $1700 on a 3060ti build right now is insane. So many better deals have come and gone from BestBuy.

If you are not planning to upgrade this PC-I understand,but with this MB,and the ram,that use a different protocol(HP did it on purpose)-THIS HP DESKTOP IS NOT FOR ME!
I need a full size MB,when I pay this kind of money.I want a premium 3x GPU-when I pay this kind of money.
