You might have a (cookie) set that flags your machine, even if you log out and back in. Tidal does this for account churners on mobile, for ex. Have you tried logging in using incognito mode?
I disagree with regional pricing as much as anyone, but this isn't helping.

I first got it when I bought Cyberpunk. At first I thought it was just Cyberpunk being cyber**** but it turns it was a problem with GOG client and I had to REDOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE GAME.
GOG had ONE JOB with one of the biggest games (now biggest failures) and they couldn't get it right.

They can either get a discounted purchase from me or I can sail the seven seas to get it for free.
The only reason I even purchased the game was to support CD Projekt Red one last time, if they don't turn things around. Otherwise I only buy games on extreme sales years later. I have quite the backlog to get through.

I don't buy games until they hit $15 so I'm all for waiting for a sale, even if it takes years. There's plenty of interesting stuff to play on the market while I wait. There's really no benefit to playing most games while they're new anymore. Case in point, but riddled messes that get heavily discounted once the game gets fixed down the road and is finally fun.
