Tear it out and lay a new one or get under it and lay a proper foundation for it.
It is a backyard porch and an entry and exit to my basement. So there is minor pieces flaking off and I just dont like how it looks but other than that structurally it is fine.

which region are you in? IF you don't have tough winters then I'd just lay some slate stone over it and it will look top notch.

No. Use something sandable like drywall mud or spackling.

I'm in the northeast. I'm referring to the underside of the porch. When I exit the house from the back the porch is above me, would like to know the best approach to fix the flaking. The hard part is that getting the concrete to stick from the underside.

Can I use this to seal up the hole that Verizon / Cox technician left on my brick wall? No longer have Cox so there is a hole in the wall. This probably won't match Red bricks but I just want to seal it up so no bugs get in.

Yes. It's also paintable so if you want you could touch it up w/ red paint

I have some brick on my house that lost a decent bit of mortar due to ice. Should I use this or something else?

You need to find out what type of mortar it is and replace it with that. If your house is prewar it's likely lime and sand. Modern houses use Portland cement based mortar. If you can scrap it off easily, it's not Portland. You do not want to use Portland based if it's lime based, it can crack the bricks. Call a mason if you're unsure.

Should be YMMV in title if only certain stores have it and you can't buy it online.

Since I have some experts here. Does anyone know how to properly fix underneath a concrete porch that has some deterioration? Was think of installing wired mesh before applying a new layer of concrete on it. Ofcourse applying a concrete bonding agent first. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Gravity makes it difficult. You can apply thin layers on polymer concrete, under a half inch at a time, and build it up. Helps if you drill a bunch of anchors into it for the concrete to latch onto. If it's more than aesthetic, you need to replace it.

The deal was online order w/ free shipping, not store specific. SD'ers OOS it, just monitor the page for couple days. It goes in and out of stock.
