Don't buy old caulk. Most have one year shelf life. Check the expiration date.

Since I have some experts here. Does anyone know how to properly fix underneath a concrete porch that has some deterioration? Was think of installing wired mesh before applying a new layer of concrete on it. Ofcourse applying a concrete bonding agent first. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
