It's on the smaller side and made out of rather soft, very budget stainless steel. It will need frequent sharpening, but at least the soft edge will be more likely to fold over rather than break when abused. I'd only consider this knife if the small size and convenient carabiner clip do it for you. You could clip this to a work or tool belt and always have a small knife available, and 3Cr13MoV is fairly corrosion resistant and at $7.66 you won't be afraid to use it as the tool it is.
If you want a nice small knife in a far better steel, look for a one of the smaller Kershaw Pub or Shuffle knives in 8Cr13MoV, which can be found on sale for only a few bucks more. 8Cr13MoV is about the softest Chinese stainless steel I will usually buy a knife in, but that's just me. Softer steels definitely have their place and uses, especially in work knives like this deal.
