I've got a lot of Neewer stuff. It ranges from relatively cheap crap at relatively cheap crap prices to surprisingly solid midrange stuff at solid prices. Do your research, and have realistic expectations and you'll likely be satisfied, although I haven't tried any of their lights (beyond a cheap ass strobe I got to use as a fill light).

If you're a pro photographer you'll probably want to buy better stuff. I'm a hobbyist that occasionally picks up a professional gig and I like experimenting with different equipment and I've been really happy with what I've bought. A few of the things I've bought:

This c-stand, which goes for $80 occasionally and actually has surprising quality for the price and origin:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GUQUBEW/

This carbon fiber tripod which goes on sale under $75. I've only used it a couple times so far. It's no $300 tripod but so far it seems like a solid budget item.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08BJ2DH59/

This octagonal softbox that goes on sale under $35. I use it with a three head speedlight adapter. It has some limitations (well covered in the review, you can work around them) but it's been a great budget option for the rare occasion I need a softbox on the go.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PIM3I7W/

Also various gels and lighting modifiers, battery grips, shutter releases, and various other budget crap. But yeah... I've got quite a bit of Neewer and other cheap Chinese stuff--most of it comes from the same places I'm sure--just know what you're getting. For example even without reading the reviews I can almost guarantee you the included light stands on this product won't stand up to any abuse. That could be a huge problem if you're lugging them around constantly and counting on them for work. If you're using them in one place or occasionally and willing to baby them a bit (and won't suffer huge consequences if they fail) you're likely fine. I've had similar stands for years that are still working fine. Of course it depends what you're putting on them too. I'm not going to trust $2,000 in equipment to a $30 stand.

Also, while I've had pretty good luck, quality control seems to be an issue. So if you buy something from Neewer (or any of the other cheap Chinese brands) make sure you open it up and check it out thoroughly upon arrival so you can return if needed.
Those Neewer lights are on sale literally every single day in the lightning deals on amazon. I'm not exaggerating, it's every single day. Just sort by camera. Those are also the older ones. The new ones should have a CRI of 97.

How is this not getting more likes? That is an incredible deal. Thanks OP.
Old style LEDs and low range temp settings. Also doesn't say how many watts it is.

Ive two 10000 lumens led set up from home depot for $50
I doubt these are as strong as those and color temp difference is probably negligible if any at all

I get Ads on facebook everyday for a different Neewer product with offer codes. The prices for what you get on everyone doesn't seem that great. Green screens, microphones, back lighting, etc... Just another "shill", but if you want a cheaper option without investing in better stuff I guess it's an okay deal.

Husky made battery/AC LED worklights since... 10 yrs ago? Mine still work. They updated the design and jacked up the price maybe 4 years ago... And they seem to have been out of stock for at least 2 years. *shrugs* maybe they're drunk?

If husky did a dimmable tunable white that didn't flicker... With a removable AC cord they could be gods... Screw the cord and the ridiculous Newwer dc adapter and make it all 18-65 watt usb-c. So stuff like an internal 26k mah battery can recharge in an hour instead of overnight. Of course, now we're looking at a $150-200 light, but I'd save up for a set.

I've used the gvm lights as work lights, and I love em: They can take a pretty good beating. but I also have no interest in the antiquated dual Sony battery platform (but the next "step up" is the ridiculously oversized v-mount batteries). Lord I'm tired of this drivel, let's Figger it out.

These are meant for video production. Not work lights.

Most of this junk can be purchased on AliExpres cheaper if you can wait for shipping. But the site sucks.
You're looking for lowest price of a commodity, and there are multiple sellers. There's a headline price, but you don't see the actual price until you dig into the item. price changes depending on the shipping origin, and accessories are listed as the headline price. Sucks.
That said, I've been happy with all the bits of junk I've bought.
It's either you buy it at AEx or you buy it at Walmart/Amazon who bought it at AEx.

Absolute trash brand. Continuous studio lighting ranges from cheap like Godox/Flashpoint to semi expensive with Aputure and Litepanels to pro with Arri.
