You can overpay, leaving you with a credit on your balance. Then you won't have to worry about paying your cell phone bill for a couple months.

Yes, this. I logged in on pc and added money to my account. Plus I plan on possibly switching to the $10 internet only plan so will get me another 10 months

Yes - just noticed the actual credit applied on my online statement - see attached

Guess I'll do my due diligence and TU the deal!

charged two $50+ to purchase t-mobile connect prepaid balance. opened a new line of $15/mo. prepaid allows you to add to balance regardless monthly charge. about 5 days later, got an email from Chase telling me that I have earned the credit and should be posted to account in 7-14 days.
