  3. Add $50 or more in products sold and shipped by Amazon.com to your shopping cart
  4. Proceed to checkout and select your Citi Card as the payment method

The clicked Amazon link responded that I qualified, but the T&Cs state:
"This offer is not available to eligible Citi cardmembers who have previously used ThankYou Points to shop at Amazon.com."

Of course I have taken advantage of similar offers in 2018 && 2019.
I hope I am good in 2021.
