Bought the 116 in October for 999 from best buy. Works fine, only weird thing is the Bluetooth connectivity doesn't seem to work correctly with the running apps like zwift, I messed around with it for a few weeks and gave up.

Also the native Bowflex app is kind of useless, because it cannot remotely change any of the incline or speed settings based on a workout, you have to manually change everything on the machine.

Interesting, so if people bought bulky exercise equipment and move or just go back to the gym then the market may get flooded with used gym equipment.
They might just take the bulky equipment with them if it's cheaper than buying new again.

They also might just keep the gym equipment they amassed so they can still work out at their convenience/home before going to the gym. At least that's what I'm doing.

There's a market for both home-gym owners and gym-goers.

Not sure these smart treadmills are worth it. I got a Craigslist treadmill for $250 (goes new for $600) and attached an iPad clamp arm on it to watch YouTube and read books / play games. I use it 6x week and couldn't justify spending 1.5k after taxes on one.

These machines have a lot of moving parts and require maintenance it would be a hard ROI at this price point unless this is the only way you would exercise. Like if you're worried about public gyms or too shy to go out or something. Just my .02

Don't know about the quality but probably the cheapest you will find will 60'x22' platform.
It's not cheap if it breaks down after the warranty.

There are so many used treadmills. Hard to justify buying a brand new one.

With the money I saved buying used, I also bought a used 65" plasma TV for $300 and a Fire TV 4K.

Then, I bought floor fan.

Spent only $700 for everything!

I can use the TV for yoga videos too!

Used treadmills and pelotons should start flooding the market soon. That's a nice treadmill though
Great deals for folks that are sick of their kids, I guess.

F85 tread mail, floor mats, ryobi fan. HomePod mini, tv on wall. I like it though

Placed an order just now and delivery is for 6/22. Will update you guys on the quality of the treadmill and if it's worth it or not. Was also looking at the Sole F80/ F85, the F80 is $200 more while having only a 3.5 HP motor and the F85 is $600 more for the same 4.0 HP motor. Looking at Craigslist in my area the F80/85 are going for around $900 / $1300 but i didn't wanna take the risk on a used , sweaty and probably no warranty treadmill just to save ~$400.

***IF YOU GUYS PLAN ON BUYING THIS AND HAVE THE COSTCO CITI VISA CARD, YOU CAN GET AN ADDITIONAL 2 YEARS WARRANTY FOR ALL FIELDS (LABOR / PARTS / ELECTRONICS / FRAME AND MOTOR)***

Don't buy a product that will cost you more than several years of a gym membership but is only guaranteed for 1 year after the purchase date. I made that mistake when I bought a Bowflex TreadClimber and after 1 year it broke down and the company would not get it fixed for me unless I paid them for on-site service. It's in pieces in my basement and completely useless. Buy a gym membership instead as some insurance companies reimburse you for it and it's also cheaper and motivational to see others just like you making progress. Lastly, it gets you out of the house and gives you something to do unless of course you are independently wealthy and own your own yacht and private jet which then you can do getaways that way.
How comfortable or risky is it going to gyms during a pandemic? I would go if my local 24 hour fitness gyms went back to 24 hours open but only currently from 5am till 9pm which I don't think will change anytime soon

In my opinion this is one of the best belt treadmills…but if you are considering this tier (at normal cost) I recommend slat treadmills. They last longer and are built like tanks..but cheapest one is $3000

It's pretty safe to walk outside or run outside and it won't cost you a cent which is pretty slick!
