I agree but for the price, I'll take it for a 14 year old who needs a headset for his gaming laptop. Luckily, his favorite color is green and since that's the one he'll be using at friends' houses it won't get easily lost (or stolen)

Owned this in black for about a year but it didn't last too long. Despite light adult-only use and proper care, the wired connection didn't hold up. Started losing sound unless I wiggled the wire near the point it connected to the headset.

I paid about this price on the clearance shelf at Target. Maybe I just had bad luck with mine. Sound was fine, was surprisingly comfortable. If it holds up, it's a nice headset for the price

As April posted the Black Like new was $27, I believe I snagged the last one for my son so I scouped up another Used - Very Good set for $26 = $22 after prime discount and tax.

I suppose it could, I'm still not entirely sure how well it will work since these are stereo headphones playing emulated 7.1 surround sound. Also, apparently the sound quality is bass heavy with muddled highs. I picked one up today as well.
