#1 the haptic button on the Sense doesn't always register vs the physical button. I use this often for Alexa. Sometimes it's too sensitive and sometimes you can tap 6 different locations and it won't register once.
#2 they had a music control by swiping down twice on the older Versa but on the Sense you can only control it by long pressing the haptic button and setting it as the default. (see #1 for why this is such a pain when you have sweat at the gym/pool and trying to use this)
#3 if you enable the ECG and some of the other features your battery life can go from the "recommended" 6 days to 1.5 days.

The only reason why I kept it vs returning it and buying the Versa 2 is Amazon offered a $100 credit for not returning it when I told them about these issues and wanting to switch to the Versa 2.
