It will clean your floors. Just know that the mapping, and therefore, the ability to send it to one specific room, will take a while. It may not happen for you. Check online reviews. I highly suggest another brand.

My AV10101AE arrived late last week and has been peforming well. It's the first time I've used a robot vacuum, so I don't have much to compare to. However, it mapped the first floor creating very recognizable outlines of the rooms. It is now effectively able to be commanded to clean foyer/kitchen/whatever, it travels to that room, and then heads back to the dock. Good Stuff!

Hey. Thinking of getting a gen 2 shark self empty. How is yours holding up?
It does a nice job on the floors; carpet looks similar to to when I vacuum by hand, and the hard floors get the crumbs and dust picked up.
In one run recently, I had the chance to see the anti-fall stair detection in play. The robot went right up to the basement stairs and overhung it, but, backed up and shuffled along the edge of the steps without falling. I was ready to jump in and grab it if it went over, but, I didn't have to.
The vacuum sucked up a sock recently, that I must've missed when attempting to make sure the area was clean before running the Shark. The robot and the app notified me that something was caught underneath, and I was able to yank the sock out and get things going again.

Thanks for the feedback. Does it do a good job of vacuuming in neat rows? My old roomba just randomly bounces around and it is so inefficient. One more question. Does this have the option for no-go zones on the map?
I haven't used the no-go zones feature, but it's there. I do have a few areas where cords hang out, so I've been careful to tuck those out of reach before running the vacuum. I may have to give this a shot though!

Thanks for such helpful responses. I saw some comments on other platforms complain about the lack of no go zones but some people seem to have it. Maybe there was a software update.
