Never had a problem with these (or the Kasa switches/bulbs). Would highly recommend them, sorry your experience didn't work out well.

I have over 20 Kasa items connected and have had zero issues with them getting or staying connected. I would never trust anything from Samsung.

I got these smartplugs before and they're still in the box because they won't finish setting up. My more expensive Samsung Smart things smart plug works great. I guess you get what you pay for.

Is the only difference between the Mini smart plug (EP10P4) and the regular smart plug (HS103P4) the size?

I use Homebridge (HOOBS version) on a Raspberry Pi to run Kasa and Meross stuff with Apple HomeKit. That way everything is running on my local network only

My Kasa smart plug is sitting on a table in my room because we can't get it to add to the wifi network either.
