Any difference between this and the one that Loqes and Amazom sells other than that theirs is 16 zones?

The 12 zone is only available at Costco. I have 10 zones and this is the perfect one for me. My other options were to buy two rachio 8 zone units or a single 16 zone unit for a higher price.

Picked one up in store.
Install is super easy and app runs pretty smoothly.
Was about to pick up the Amazon one but Costco return policy plus 4 extra zones is just a better deal.

I could very well be wrong, but my understanding is that the one at Costco is not third generation. It might be a Costco exclusive but the 12 zone is not advertised on Rachio's website as a new model either.
