Similar experience here. Can't believe they delivered within hours for free with door dash. Actually highly impressed with both BBB and the SDers who worked this deal. This was the deal of the day yesterday and I'm surprised it got so little exposure.
I'll use that $50 for cleaning pads for the M6 once it arrives.

In person. The customer service rep put in an order for me for $399 shipped, got confirmation and they just canceled it again. Ridiculous, I had 4 different reps and 5 different answers as to if they would honor it

First order was OOS for shipping, but the store near me said they had it in stock. Ordered that, later that day they cancelled. I chatted with customer service after the cancellation and she ensured me that it wasn't cancelled. Called the next day because I didn't want to pay for the membership for a $1 filler, they said it was cancelled but offered to honor the price since they had a bunch in stock. Waited for a confirmation never got one called back and was told I would have to pay the online price of $799 . Rep called back and said they'd honor the price, placed the order and got a confirmation at $399. 40 minutes later got another cancellation notice. I was waiting to see if the wife wanted this one, so I didn't order until online was OOS
If you try again try having them place it for pick up at another store.
My order just shipped earlier. Looks like it's coming from a store a couple hours away so should be here by tomorrow
