Nutrimill is a sub-brand of Bosch so this is a slightly smaller version of the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer

Powerful motor and preferred by many over KitchenAid since it is so much easier to add ingredients. It's also meant to be much better at kneading dough

Looks like the deal is expired but even at $199 it's a great mixer especially for bread dough. It may have a plastic case, but it doesn't feel cheap at all. It will plow through large batches of bread dough better than any Kitchenaid. (I also own a KitchenAid and a Bosch)
