Obviously pretty cheap but also given that demand has dropped substantially in recent months.
Item page doesn't claim FDA approved directly.
...but will claim it is manufactured by "CHENGDE TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD"
...which mostly matches a manufacturer on FDA Appendix A

..but seemingly product packaging (per item photos) shows no manufacturer info other than "ChiSip"...which get pumped on SD constantly.
But some of the reviews have more product photos that closely match what's on the FDA's site...but those images of the item don't match the masks in the product photos...
You'd think if it was legitimately FDA approved they'd be advertised as such?
Who knows.
