Go for the one with suspension. Your kid will thank you for it.

It's great for paved hikes and city use.

That said - I'd still not buy this vs. a Bob if you're thinking of taking your child running and I would buy a Bob again in a heartbeat. Here's why. FWIW - my kid is now 8 and I've run a bunch of marathons. These are just the features I'm familiar with in the Bob that I notice differ on this:
1. Front tire lock. I don't think anything is wrong (at all) with the Bob design but exactly one time I started running a little with my kid without the front wheel lock and very quickly realized how fast the stroller could pivot or respond to a crack in the ground. I think it would be super, super easy to crash your kid in a three wheel stroller where the front wheel does not lock. The Bob also offers a very easy tuning screw that corrects left/right drift.
2. Wrist strap. The Bob has one, this does not. I hold my stroller handle, but I don't think I'm perfect.
3. Wheel lock. The Bob lock directly physically locks the rear wheels. There's essentially no way to screw it up. This seems to have some wire tension lock up near the handle that must lock one or both wheels - I'm positive it's not more effective than the Bob.
4. Bigger wheels. Bigger wheels == more stability and also greater efficiency. I'm sure it's going to be less work to push a kid in the Bob than this stroller.
5. Inflatable tires. The listing for this seems to suggest that its "forever air rubber tires" are good. They are not. They will be cheaper, heavier, and transfer more shock to your kid in the stroller. There's a reason that cars and bikes still use inflatable tires and it's not that City Jogger has patented a brilliant and superior invention that they are keeping a trade secret for their strollers.
I mean, this price looks pretty decent, there's no denying that but if you're planning to take your kid running, the Bob (or probably Graco or Thule) are great and they are worth the money.
One more thing: our Bob revolution is an older model, but it tears down pretty easily and compactly. The main body folds up and the two rear wheels quick release and we've easily taken it through airport scanners and on trips. It's not tiny, but that size is often kind of a benefit (we've used it to lug stuff through airports once through security).
