Eligible Prime members who make a purchase in the Amazon mobile shopping app in the offer period are eligible to receive a coupon for up to $70 USD in Amazon credit. Customers who (i) spend $200 USD will receive a coupon for $15 USD, (ii) spend $300 USD will receive a coupon for $25 USD and (iii) spend $600 USD will receive a coupon for $70 USD, to use towards purchases on Amazon in accordance with these terms.
Gift card purchases, fees, taxes, discounts, gift wrap and shipping and handling costs are excluded when determining the total amount spent. Customers will not receive credit for cancelled or returned orders.
US customers only. To be eligible, customers must receive notice of this offer directly from Amazon through the Amazon website or email and visit the campaign page on June 22, 2021. Customers who are forwarded this offer from parties other than Amazon are not eligible for this offer.

Get 15 when you spend 200 = 15 / 215 = 7.0 %
Get 25 when you spend 300 = 25 / 325 = 7.7 %
Get 70 when you spend 600 = 70 / 670 = 10.4 %
And yes, you have to include the future purchase in the calculation because these are credits, not discounts.

Based on this, it would mean that the order could be placed today and ship on Friday, or a preorder shipping 6 months from now. It could mean in-stock only, or "in stock soon" and "Temporarily out of stock".
Someone reached out via chat and they said it needs to be shipping quickly (by what date though?).
The details only say that it needs to be placed by today though. I cancelled and reordered a bunch of my preorder items and am hoping for the best, but YMMV for sure.
