Depends on what games you are playing with what GPU. The 11400 is the absolute value champion among both Intel and AMD right now, and performs very well but its not the highest performer so you wouldnt really put it with a 3080-3090 if youre into CPU heavy games (BR's, simulation games) But the issue is, youll need to pair it with a $100+ motherboard, and at that point, you might as well buy this deal, as this has a feature rich motherboard and equally good CPU.

Not true at all, an air cooler is perfectly fine for high end Intel parts and you can overclock them on air too. Its only the really shitty heatsinks that are an issue, like the free-$20 ones. If youre buying a $40+ cooler with decent fans it wont thermal throttle unless youre into XoC which isnt for practical use and 99.99% of consumers dont do. Noctua's new passive cooler will even run a 11700k at stock speeds.

Also this is an absolute steal of a deal. Youre getting a $190 CPU that is close enough to the best for gaming that you wouldnt really notice, and $100 for a Z590 board that is normally $210, and blows away AM4 $100 boards with its features. One of the best deals ive seen in the last few months. If I was in need of a new build right now, this would absolutely be what I would be buying because of the value in the bundle deal, I live next to Microcenter and they dont even have a similar deal as good as this right now.

So what part exactly, besides the name, is Avengers? Cuz if James Spader is going to narrate my computing experience, I'm in.

When did we start doing special licensed character editions of CPUs, exactly?

Good deal, and I'm an AMD guy. My biggest issue with the 10 and 11th generation intel CPUs is you have to spend as much as you save vs. AMD on liquid cooling if you're going to run them fast enough to compete with Ryzen. But good deal nonetheless...

Heck of deal...but I can sense that displayport on mobo may not be common for alot of monitors.

Hope Newegg brings these type of deals back. I almost jumped at $450 for 10850K and a $300 MOBO.

Dang. That is a really good deal! Just paid 30 more for the same thing at Amazon. The "new" newegg sure gets a lot of hate though, so maybe it worth the difference.

Looks like a good deal, I still have a intel 5820K (6 core 3.3 ghz) with 32gb of DDR4 OC memory. Not sure how much of a upgrade this is.

I can't complain on performance of my machine... Just need a good upgrade to my video card...LOL

Gigabyte used to make great boards but their quality has tanked in recent years.

This deal is essentially for a meh mobo and a nonsensically packaged cpu. They make a great pair!
it is definitely sad, because the hardware seems great. The issues are simply with the bios.

That is true. Once Gigabyte stopping making a board they also stop supporting it even if it has a bunch of bios related issues. I'm currently using a Black edition Gigabyte board that cannot wake up from sleep without bluescreening Windows. This is a known issue but because it's not a current model the bios is now frozen. As you say, great hardware but the bios is bs.
