I have one of these and my 3yr old loved it for 3 minutes. It literally goes left and right in short bursts to the beat of music. You can't drive it or steer it. It just basically goes left and right in circles.

It sounds like it can be "driven" just be spinning left and right, not by moving forward/backward and turning like a car.
