This kit was terrible. We got it as a gift (nice gesture) for my 6 year old. The extruder didn't seem to get hot enough. The forms look nothing like what's on the box either. And they were hard to fully fill. For 9$ it might be good to use a couple times and then throw away

My daughter and her friend were super excited when they saw the box and the colorful sticks and the booklet of what's possible… the kids begin to roll in the melted stick but the plastic molds were so cheap and flimsy, and as mentioned were hard to fill… the two 6yr olds didn't have the precision and patience for that… 2 minutes later I found myself doing everything… rolling in the mold and then cutting the edges because the plastic molding was so bad there would be a lot of runoff. By the end of it all after what must have been 30 mins for 3 tiny pieces to combine into a parrot, it looked like crap. I couldn't bring myself to do another one. No one was happy about it, especially not me… save your money, time and disappointment… and just get some playdoh instead..
