I have no idea. They do seem to get a lot of praise on this site which is probably why I bought in the first place (familiar name).

But just installed it yesterday. It was easy. The glue was sticky and holds well. Lights worked as they should. Can't offer anything more than that.

If your in the market for some, probably can't go wrong at this price.

Note, these are not waterproof. Place it inside. If the glue falls off, you can easily reglue

No wifi or smart home integration. Super limited color selection. Not sure what slickdeals love for Govee brand is, but this is the one I've been most happy with for only a few dollars more

Are all strips the same quality between different Govee models? Like the stickiness and brightness? Not in terms of features or anything.

I got a similar one on Prime Day for the 16ft version around the same price and it hasn't arrived yet. Would these be cheaper quality because of double the amount?
