Car rentals are either not available or going for $250+ per day due to decreased supply.
Lodging and guided activities are also running at lower capacity than normal due to lower number of seasonal summer workers this year.
I would recommend googling American Airlines. they misused money that the government gave them and buffed higher ups pay while laying off the lower end workers.
Hence why flights are being canceled due to not enough staffing.
