You're buying for the 165Hz. 1440p would be nice, but it's a $220 monitor. Don't demand the best and expect to pay pennies.

Totally... If you want big and fast refresh rate for cheap, this is your baby.

I just installed tried out 32" 1080p and you can gently see the pixels with certain colors. While it's not a major deal, I think at this price you can pay a little more for a 1440. Which is what I ended up doing. I also think curved or flat isn't a major difference.

It does not mean I need to buy a 1080p 32 in monitor. The pixel is too terrible at this size. Go for 27 in and smaller @ 1080P.

I bought the 27 inch version of this monitor and still use it daily. With the graphics card market, lets not act like every single person is gaming at 4k 165+fps. My biggest complaint, and this was totally my fault, but I did not look at the inputs for the monitor. I was under the stupid (yet valid) assumption that a high refresh rate monitor would have a decent set of inputs. I was wrong. The 27 inch version only has 1 HDMI and 1 VGA. I thought to myself "Hell, a monitor with that high of a refresh rate probably has a display port and an HDMi port at least" nope. Again, totally my fault for not reading entirely into the product, but at the same time I dont think its a crazy expectation for a "gaming" monitor to have at least 2 HDMI inputs, 1 for a computer and maybe 1 for a gaming console.
