If this is like the original Flex alpha (which was new last year) it will have very poor support for the Microsoft Pen Protocol pen and no one at Samsung can help you with anything aside from a small percentage refund to keep you from returning it (if you bought it from them, of course)

Shallow keyboard. (Main reason why I avoided this)
On paper, the Flex2 is the perfect stylish portable laptop. However, those who have to type long documents should probably steer clear since the keyboard is shallow.

No touch typist who hasn't used a small right shift key like this has should buy this without trying out the keyboard first. It's really, really bad. It ruins the entire experience if you're using this for even a moderate amount of typing, which I imagine most people would be. Outside of that deal breaker for many, it seems like an okay deal considering the specs.

I don't know why people are hating so hard on this deal. i7 11 gen, intel xe graphics, with 16gb ram and 512gb of storage plus you can find an open box around $800 that's a great deal. Most users don't need S Pen and don't care how it's charged. Battery life is great on these and build quality is solid. I am in for one

I think this is a pretty good laptop. I like the build quality and the processor is great for general use.
