Walmart was literally painted, had giant pieces of wood mixed in, and just looked like utter junk after 9 months.
Home Depot was OK, and worthy of being called mulch. In retrospect I feel like it was a mistake, but not a scam like Walmart's.
Local landscaping supply was the best. We got it last year - and I'm not even re-doing it this year, it's still hanging on. I may come to regret that, but just the fact that I'm *trying* to get 2 years out of it, speaks to the insane quality difference.
