Reseller is authorized by Sony, people have commented that they usually get the stuff from this reseller as good as new but in a clear cardboard box, I think that YMMV, I have purchased three headsets so far and still waiting for them to arrive, the reseller just canceled my order for WH-1000XM3 saying that I had asked for it to be canceled while it's actually out of stock (Silver) needless to say i sent them a KIND message..

Also, these are TERRIBLE earbuds. Got new on prime day for $60. Returned immediately. Hence look at all the refurbs - everyone is returning these. Most egregiously, you cannot use then with just one bud. Must have both turned on and close to pair for music/calls. No charging one while using the other. Lose one? Useless. Have one in your ear and the other on the counter and walk away WITH your phone - the one if your ear shuts off. Crazy.
