I don't know what the selection in these apps looks like where you live but, as the other person said, the delivery radius and restaurant selection is gigantic compared to what will deliver if I were to call places directly. There's at least over 100 more places that Uber Eats will deliver that would not deliver here on their own. Also, while yes, there are a lot of places which jack up their prices on these apps to the point where you shouldn't consider ordering from them, you know what? Just don't consider ordering from them!
Like in real life these apps give you many choices, some are deals and some aren't, just don't pick the ones that aren't, duh. Other places have perfectly reasonable prices or even sometimes have deals (free items or bogo) you can stack on top of the codes and these discounted gift cards for even more savings.
Coming in here and announcing falsely that the global pandemic is over so we can all get back to our pre-Covid world where food delivery apps just weren't a thing, serve no purpose and were always a huge rip off everyone should obviously avoid is preposterous.

I I posted the deal around 10:19am my time. The OP included an image of the promo which also listed a start time of 9AM (which could have been 9AM in Amazon's time zone, it doesn't state).
I then chatted with Amazon CS to find out why code wasn't working thinking maybe they had time or timezone wrong and they informed me they were working to rectify the code not working.
You then question my "source" and suggest that an Amazon CS rep provided me the code which if you would have looked at the OP image, it had the code and the start time.
You then continue to rant and rave and ignore the facts.
I have 350+ FP deals. I devote alot of time to finding and posting deals. What are your contributions? 3k comments and 26 deals...quite a resume you have here.
You're just another member who wants something for nothing. This is Amazon's mistake, sorry you can't process that and you're looking to blame me. Move along.
