I've gotten 6aH OEM batteries from eBay for that same amount.

For both 20V and 40V B&D-compatible batteries, I've been much happier with compatible after-market knock-offs than the OEM batteries. More runtime and better lifecycle. I have about 8 different B&D tools, usually smarter move to buy "bare tool" and get after-market batteries.
