The WHO now does, also the WHO recommends that children not be mRNA vaccinated. The vaccine is still unlicensed, It was never tested in animal trials. All participants and their data in the clinical trial were thrown out if they had adverse symptoms after the first dose. The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) doctors use to record problems has had many many thousands of reports deleted. The doctors weren't even notified. They just go into the system and see the entries they put in were deleted without explanation. Thanks government for all the crime and prison population surging. 80% of men serving in prison today grew up in a home without a father, wow. After we started paying single mothers more money (welfare) for each child, enough to live comfortably, owning a car, plenty of food and cable TV the number of minority children growing up in a home with no father multiplied 20x in a single generation. Environmentalist California Politicians and the donors who run pay to play corruption and who currently pay millions of dollars to Gavin Newsom's wife's organization (which goes to the newsom's household income). Their over zealous environmental restrictions made manufacturing so difficult (untenable) that they were forced to offshore it (once Walmart started putting everyone out of business with the model). So for decades, China has raped the global environment with no possibility whatsoever of California politicians regulating it in the smallest amount. OOPS. This teamed with NAFTA and NAFTA 2.0 = goodbye earth.

China BTW who has excused itself from the latest G7 agreement designed to curb global greenhouse gas production and pollution. they are focusing on "economic recovery". Even though their economy through the pandemic has accelerated in growth hmm.
