I currently have their E1 Pro and I'm not happy with it. I can't get it to connect to my WiFi and have been talking with Support for the past couple weeks. Instead of them acknowledging the device is defective and sending me a replacement where I return this one they keep asking me to do a number of workarounds. I've been troubleshooting this thing for a while and if I buy something new, I'd like it to work 100%. I would stay away from Reolink, but that's just my personal experience obviously

Had the same issue with a Argus pro and it appeared to be my Wi-Fi network. Spun up a new network just for iot devices.

Wyze is starting to do the same now. The only one that has not had issues is eufy.

Reolink cameras are low-quality, unreliable junk.
Don't buy, no matter how good the price appears.
Their customer support is practically non-existent.
Seriously, it's not worth your time, effort, or trouble.

I bought 5 of the E1 pros and only ended up connecting 2 of them before I realized how junky they really are. They drop off the network all the time despite the fact that I have full bars of WiFi throughout the house (Ubiquiti AP's). The picture quality is also sub par. I haven't had to reach their customer service but I'm currently trying to unload them and make them someone else's problem!

I've got 7 Rheolink cameras (5 outdoor and at a second home) running non stop for close to 3 years. Only one camera gave me some grief by getting confused with another cam. Problem is gone now. PQ is fine. Email photos work well.

No complaints with reolink, their audio recording is crazy good, I have the 4K x265 version, all hardwired PoE, stable as a freight train, I imagine people with shitty wifi blame reolink.

I just have to add the I had a good experience with this customer service when I had to get one of my cameras repaired under warranty, though I had to pay for return shipping. I currently have 9 reolink cameras installed and still have 3 to install to replace a couple of old Foscam cameras. My overall experience has been positive and my only real issue is finding a cloud recording service that will work for all the cameras since reolink's cloud service don't support all their camera models. It's great that cameras are so much cheaper now, I remember buying VGA cameras costing $300 each years ago.

I don't agree they are a nice cheap alternative. A step up from Wyze, I have a reolink Argus 2 on my front porch and it been there for about 2 years with no issues. I also have another reolink forget the camera but its POE and connected to a synology and works well with the synology surveillance app.

Foscam, I have had not a nice time with. Seems they disconnect all the time, you need to relog into your accounts.

Wyze, very cheap cameras unreliable not meant for security but checking in.

I've had nothing but success with Reolink products. Have the PoE cameras/NVR as well as a couple of these WiFi cameras and they're all great.

I really like the ReoLink App and how you can view all cameras at the same time.

The biggest downside is they don't support two-factor authentication to access your NVR/Cameras.

stay away from Reolink cams
I got the last deal with the solar panel package.
camera is so slow to load the feed. around 8-10 seconds while all my eufy feeds take 1 to 2 (on the same network)
it was already installed and past the 30 days return so I'm stuck with it. but hopefully this will save some heartache for many of you.
