In case anyone is interested, I finally got my last rebate 16 1/2 weeks after adding the 2 BYOD lines. In the end, I complained to Costco chat that Wireless Advocates was ignoring my BBB complaint and my e-mails regarding my missing rebate. Costco filed an escalation form, looked into my rebate, and told me I would get my rebate in 4-6 weeks. 2 weeks after my Costco chat, I received a rebate check instead of a Costco cash card.

Complain to Costco chat about it and they'll file an escalation form. I received my missing rebate 2 weeks after doing the Costco chat:

1) go to https://customerservice.costco.com/
2) click on Contact Us/Chat Us
3) select Warehouse for chat category
4) select Other for chat subject

Have your T-Mobile account # and phone number handy because Costco will you for those.

This is NOT a different offer for BOGO lines it's the same one from T-Mobile so you will NOT get another bogo if you did it in any of the prior 3-4 wks, Tmo just keeps extending the same and so does Costco still giving out $300 ♥️

So I went to costco to get this deal. I am on t-mobile one plan and i am adding 2 line, double dipping for BOGO line. I called t-force if the bogo deal is still on before I go to costco and they said yes. However, when the costco employee (manager) try to add a line, it says that I am on flex plan and needed to call 611. So I called 611 and they said I am not on flex (obviously) and its a long plan that has been superseded with a new one. Its late when I came in on costco so I said I have to come back the next day.

Did anyone had a "flex" problem adding the line? I need to know so I can tell the manager tomorrow what to do lol. Thanks.

This happened to me a few times. Costco rep then calls T-Mobile customer care to add a line on T-Mobile end. Once the line is added by T-Mobile customer service representative, Costco rep will take it from there.

I just got there today. New employee knows what to do. Called retail sales and took care of my lines.

Quick question for you pros. I did the $300 BYOD back in March and just ported out to a different carrier. How long do I need to stay on a different carrier before being eligible for the Tmobile BYOD rebates (assuming it is still being offered)?

It says 'Max 2 per account ' . Do I need to add third new line via different Costco membership card . So that I'll get 3*300 cash cards
