The offer is in-store only. If you call the main number at your local Costco and ask for the wireless kiosk they can verify it for you.

I have done Tmobile port in which I get temp numbers then I need to call to port.
The current promotion is 8/6 - 8/12.

You can port in at the kiosk or by calling in to TMO after a temporary number is assigned at the kiosk. I actually did it both ways after I verified with the kiosk folks that porting after the fact wouldn't affect the rebate.

It doesn't require either one - you can sign up for the essentials plan if you want. The only requirement is that is a postpaid plan.

I got both Costco shop card and T-Mobile BYOD rebate 7 months back and cancelled service after a month.. it's been 5 months now with a new carrier…can I port back to T-Mobile again and get both deals(from Costco and T-Mobile)?

Can I get this deal again or do we have any restrictions?
