For users that are getting cancellations or that can't get it to accept your payment method, I'd highly suggest signing up for an account first, add your credit card to your account, then do the deal (maybe sign out after you create the account, then sign back in for the deal). I had no issues doing it that way and got my Visa within a few minutes after purchasing. It's only an idea, not a guarantee that doing it that way will work for you too.
