update, ordered three cards. all cards came within three minutes. have since then applied all three to amazon account balance. have already gotten confirmation that all three cards have been applied to my account.
Needed to spend $500 to wrap up a credit card promo, so this was a nice money maker for me.

How do you do this? I couldn't find information on it. When searching "Prime Reload" it tells me the offer is no longer available.

Worked. Used to reload $750 Amazon balance. Be prepared to waste 30 minutes inputting all info 3x to use them (standard BS).

That is what I would do. I would not want to bet on these cards being good forever or when I need them or that I would remember to select them. Turning these into Amazon gift cards is a sure thing to preserve them, costs nothing but time, and they will automatically be applied whenever you checkout at Amazon.
