Most likely you are not missing anything. They probably put down the product descriptions for a different desktop by mistakes.

If you examine the product link/url, you will see that the link is supposed to be for a hp-m01-f0033w desktop w/ a 3200g instead of a hp-tg01-0023w w/ a 3600 + GTX 1650 Super.

One of the reasons why I didn't buy it even though it was in stock when I checked.
