Looks like a refund takes 2+ weeks minimum from when they receive it:


Because that's the internal procedure for returns. The refund takes up to 7 business days from the check in date. Check ins take around 3 business days.

Is the RMA just a shipping label ? Do we need some sort of packing slip?

Performance depends on what you are doing with it. $250 for that machine right now is a definite bargain.
Ordered one from Ebay and one from website originally. Ebay order got intercepted, website order did also, then got the same dance as many on this thread. Received shipping info email, then credit card charge appeared. Once we receive it, if it's 3500/3600, 1650 super, and SSD, it will have found its new home. If it's 3200G, buh-BYE.

The recalled mine in transit, told me I'd receive a refund within 2-5 days, this was on the 9th. Still no refund, ebay isn't helping, and Paypal is denying my claim because 'the item was delivered' even though the provided shipping history shows it was recalled and delivered back to their own warehouse. Screw these people.

Well much like most of the rest of you I got an HP M01-f0033W. Came in the mail today. Opened the box, saw what it wasn't, checked for a video card at least (nothing), and just got my return label from vipoutlet. Ordered from them in the past once and no issues until this one. Guess the old adage about something being too good to be true holds up. Guess all I am out is time, but it is still annoying. Lets see how long it takes to get the refund since the pending charge dropped off my account a while ago then re-appeared shortly after this piece shipped.

I sent mine back, they received it, and several days later I got a refund. *shrug*

I have ordered from VIP Outlet successfully in the past and they treated me fine during this error.

FedEx quietly delivered my box moments ago. Figured I would look at the model number and refuse if I saw them pull up but they were in stealth mode.

Went outside, saw the M01-F0033W, opened the box anyway, confirmed, quietly closed the box. Shed a small tear. RMA time.

Given the long delay I'm really surprised they shipped these anyway.

The RMA process was very quick using the online chat even having checked out as a guest.
