given the amount of returns they will be taking on ebay and from their own website, looks like they wil be taking a 500K+ bath on shipping alone. add to that the cost of labor of packing/shipping. ouch. someone definitely got fired for this.

VIPOutlet was a disaster. Ordered one and got invoiced. VIPOutlet then shipped the wrong computer and wouldn't send the posted item. Buyer beware.

I got mine today despite the order not showing up in "My orders" and talking to the CS rep about having my computer intercepted. Ughhhh. ViPoutlet is such a scam.
